Is there a cancellation fee?
The cancellation policy differs depending on the reservation system you use.
Official Site - 7 days prior: 50%
- 3 days prior: 100% Rakuten Travel, Ikyu.com - 14 days prior: 30%
- 7 days prior: 50%
- 3 days prior: 100% Booking.com - 14 days prior: 100% Airbnb - 30 days prior: 50%

How do I check in?
Please check in after 15:00. After entering the room, please take a photo ID (driver's license, etc.) of one representative of the guests and send it to us to complete check-in. Please note that you can enter the building with a PIN-type auto-locking key. The PIN will be sent to you by e-mail prior to the check-in date of your reservation.

How do I check out?
Please check out by 11:00am. Please close and lock all windows and doors when checking out. After checking out, please notify us via message on Airbnb, Booking.com, etc. that your check-out is complete.
Use of Facilities

What is the difference between building 0 and building 1?
The buildings are adjacent to each other and have exactly the same structure. 0 building can accommodate your dog. (1 building does not).

Is there parking available?
It is located on the premises (for 5 cars).

Can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the rooms on the premises. Please be sure to use an ashtray.

Do you have a cleaning service?
Cleaning service is not provided during your stay. Washing machines and laundry detergent are provided.

Can I use Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

What amenities are provided?
We provide bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush, slippers, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. (Please do not bring these items home with you.)
